You’re 10 years old. It’s the 1980s. Your dad just sold your console, and your mom told you to go outside and “do something useful.”
So you grab a pitcher, a few cups, and start selling lemonade on the curb. Not to get rich. But because it’s the only thing that feels like yours.
What begins as a way to pass time becomes a summer-long journey through childhood, friendship, and quiet bravery. You’ll mix drinks, charm neighbors, and slowly figure out how to stand your ground — with a paper sign and a plastic cup.
Every day brings new choices. Sometimes you win. Sometimes you spill the lemonade. But with each cup sold, you grow a little.
